No. You can choose:
convert or pay the jizz-ya and be treated as a second class citizen, freely abused by Mlohammedans. If you are a Jew or Christian.

Convert or be killed or sold into slavery if you are anything else.

Slavery was also an option for Jews and Christians. Muslims kidnapped and enslaved over a million Europeans, including Cervantes who was sold into slavery for 5 years.
