Easy - declare certain types of protests Hate Protests, and ban them completely. If people are caling for death and destruction of certain groups, or burning down the joint etc- time to put a stop to them.

The great advantage of the current Thou Shalt Not March is the ease of taking photos and putting names and addresses to them.

Note:- Good to see others elsewhere citing the similarities between Weimar Germany pre-Adolph and our own situation right here and now - with weak goverment allowing near rioting to go on, failing to stop excesses such as monument destruction and so forth, and refusing to curtail hate speech so as to curry favour - while permitting al kinds of moral decay to proceed at the speed of light....
