So I'm asking you something very simple, and very specific.

In your view, how many of the people ICE detains and "takes off the street" need to actually be killers, rapists, or human traffickers before it becomes notable enough to warrant reporting?

What percentage, in your mind, would make it undeniable that these are the people ICE is primarily targeting?

And separately, what percentage of detainees falling into that category would you personally require before judging ICE's operations to be a success?

80%?

What about the standard pass mark, 50%?

Surely you don't need to keep running from this question?
