Excuse me, Brian, here on this board, we like Danish, thanks.

There is no way we would spinelessly suggest they should hand their territory over to the US.

Such a proposition would be a clear red line. We would never support a prez who threatened to take our ally's territory.

Always absolutely never ever.

Ms Frederiksen also posted on Facebook that "we are ready to defend our values — wherever it is necessary — also in the Arctic. We believe in international law and in peoples' right to self-determination."

The rapist in the White Supremacist House doesn't, though.

So Denmark believe that the people of Greenland have the right to self determination or is it Demark believe they have the right to determine it for them. Hard to tell.

Hard to say, Leroy, let's ask you.

Do you believe the people of Greenland have the right to self-determination?

A simple yes or no will suffice.

Do they teach geography in Russia, Tallow?Sweden's the country next door, dear.

Denmark's the country that sings America's praises and slavishly follows Uncle into every endless war.

Sheesh, they're almost as bad as us Aussies.

We're the country under Papua New Guinea with the Southern Cross in our flag.

Aussie Aussie Aussie, innit.

Hard to say fd, will Denmark grant them the right to self determination, a simple yes or no will suffice.

They've been given autonomy, Leroy. They're a self-governing territory.

So, we'll ask again. Do you believe the people of Greenland have the right to self-determination?

A simple yes or no will suffice.

If as you say Greenland have been given autonomy fd, does that mean the people of Greenland can join the US if they wish?.

A simple yes or no will suffice.

Dear Karnal,
many blessings.

We have to go back to Yalta in 1945
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yalta_Conference

to see how the big boys carved up the world - all on their own,
they didn't consult anyone - they just did it.

Nothing has changed.
30,000 people in Greenland - a small town's worth -
don't amount to a hill of beans in this crazy world.
The big boys decide.

You don't want to say, now do you?

Why's that, Leroy? I say we do this as a multiple choice, don't you?

You, Leroy, are too scared to say because you:

a) Know full-well Greenlanders don't want to join the US.

b) Secretly love endless wars.

c) Think Iraq's the next South Korea.

d) Hope DL pulls out of NATO and gives Vlad and Xi full authority to go wild.

e) Were merely having a laugh about Freeeeedom all along.

For a while there, they knocked up a League of Nations then UN.
So now it's back to 1914. Not nice.

Yalta was an agreement to divide occupied territory, dearie.

Stalin and FDR went hard on Churchill to give up his occupation of Britain's colonies. Their successors spent the rest of the Cold War struggling for influence over those very colonies.

Britain did pull out. The US never wanted the hassle of colonies to begin with. Stalin and his successors never tried to annexe any territory for Russia, only political-economic influence. The USSR was a collection of socialist republics. Its satellites were independent socialist republics.

Your DL is making a pitch to nationalize Greenland. The US already has influence, a military base and the right to any mining rights US companies want to negotiate.

The principle of national sovereignty is so intrinsic to your values, you've spent the past decade defending it.

We decide who comes to our country and the manner in which they come, no?
