Yes, many politicians of both sides of the aisle have been caught out lying. But none to the extent of Trump and his cabinet secretaries - NONE. I mean, just look at the events of January 6. Trump has seen fit to completely rewrite history in the face of overwhelming video evidence that shows his claims are blatant lies. Under the orange felon, Republicans have shown their willingness to trash the Constitution and ignore the will of voters because they don’t like what the result is. Too bad, that’s how elections work! But there has never been a Democrat administration try to overthrow the government or prevent the results being certified by Congress or make baseless claims about the election being rigged. Nor has there ever been a Democrat candidate ever refuse to promise to accept the results of the election even if they lose.
