Democrats are calling the military capture of Maduro illegal. If his capture was illegal then the courts cannot charge him, in American law for the prosecutor to bring charges they have to have clean hands, the court cannot accept an unlawful capture. The only option available to the demo is to return Maduro to Venezuela.

It is illegal. It is blatantly illegal because Trump is required as per the Constitution to seek approval from Congress before carrying out a raid like that and taking into custody a foreign leader - legitimate or not. So yeah, it is very illegal.

I can't find where in the constitution it says that it is illegal, could you provide the part of the constitution that makes it illegal.

Article I, Section 8, Clause 11:

The Congress shall have Power to declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water.

The War Powers Resolution requires the president to notify Congress within 48 hours of committing armed forces to military action and forbids armed forces from remaining for more than 60 days, with a further 30-day withdrawal period, without congressional authorization for use of military force (AUMF) or a declaration of war by the United States. The resolution was passed by two-thirds each of the House and Senate, overriding the veto of President Richard Nixon.

Given this, it's clear that Trump has broken US law.

Can you show me where Trump declared war?

Did you miss the bit where he ordered the military to strike the capital of Venezuela and detain Maduro and his wife?  Huh

The highlighted bit would seem to cover the situation adequately.  No illegality here.
