It’s usually followed by either a refusal to eat after which the slowly starve and die or a nasogastric feeding tube with slows the process of death. Either way, that point is sadly the beginning of the end. I recall an elderly lady being admitted to the aged care facility I worked at and within just over a month she’d passed away as she just forgot how to eat, how to swallow and her health care plan stated she wished to be allowed to pass with minimal intervention at that point. All we could do was keep her comfortable and hydrated by running ice cubes over her lips. It’s quite sad to watch how quickly people can deteriorate due to this disease.

Yeah, I've witnessed it too and it is very sad.

However, when it happens to Trump there won't be a single tear shed across the globe.

Tears of joy from Melania, maybe.

Trump constantly lies about his physical and mental health too. Just look at this pic. I think it must’ve been a typo and he meant to say 48% body fat, not 4.8%…
