cracking noises in Russia
Jan 8th, 2026 at 7:38pm

Russia's economy is now fully inflated as it struggles to make Ukraine a ploughed field. Russian Railways faces a significant debt burden, estimated around $50-51 billion, stemming from declining freight traffic due to the war economy, high interest rates, and heavy investment needs, prompting the Russian government to consider bailouts to stabilize the company and prevent disruptions to the economy.  Banks are exposed to the debt and shoppers aren't buying. Putin is on his last year of cash reserves and there is no capacity for growth. VAT is up to rake in a bit and west Ukraine seems a very long distance away.  Please send a card with sympathy about his rubbles.

Anton:- "Good God, Yuri!  What was that noise?"

Yuri:-  "I thinking was the front collapsing."

"Europe has asked us to reduce our responses in the oil sector and the energy sector of the Russian Federation,” Zelenskyy said in a WhatsApp briefing with journalists. A Reuters source familiar with the situation said US officials had conveyed this message to their Ukrainian counterparts as part of their regular conversations, adding that the initial “signals” appeared to have come from Moscow. Ukraine has been bombing the stuffing out of Russian oil depots.

The expanding Ukraine Empire has Putin desperate for survival of the Slav civilisation of potatoes and vodka. Trump may send food drops for the suffering Russian tribesmen.

It raises the q. why did Putin ask for relief from the nazi invasion.
Why did Europe worry about Slavic oil supply and price rises?
Fuhrer Zelensky, Iron Cross of St George of Moscow, is a threat to Russian cabbage peasants.

Putin did not ask for relief, so the question is why do you lie?

'Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy revealed that Western allies urged Ukraine to scale back drone strikes on Russian oil infrastructure, citing fears of a global energy price spike and a worsening crisis. While the signals originated from Moscow, they were relayed to Kyiv by partners, including US officials.' https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c0e7lrxrelwo

A Reuters source familiar with the situation said that the initial “signals” appeared to have come from Moscow. The US state department and the Russian embassy in Washington didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.

You mean Putin doesn't always control Moscow's foreign policy? That's very interesting.

If the Russian embassy didn't respond, it seems they aren't denying such a problem.

No mention of the oil-depot fires in kremlin.ru? Are you sure? No mention...

Everyone else is reporting the fires and loss of export cash. But not Russian media? how very strange     not
