The death penalty remains a possibility for federal crimes committed in Minnesota, such as putting a hole in a windscreen on the left side. Death results from bitches driving badly who could have run down a guy who got in front of a moving vehicle and she won't do it again, she might have hit him and nearly did or very close anyway.
