ICE have very, very limited jurisdiction over US citizens, limitations they're routinely and deliberately breaching.
For instance, they have no authority to detain or arrest you for a traffic violation.
But I suspect you know this, just like you're aware of all the other breaches above, hence you're deflecting to these tranny insults, insults that are falling flat and only serve as a form of entertainment for some of the lowest IQ amongst us.
Now, dear, would you like to stay on topic, drop the insults and answer my questions about what various laws give ICE the authority to do the things listed, or will you continue to be disrespectful and abusive to the point of having to be put back into the naughty corner?
Stupid, lying girlie bollocks, verbose girl.
She was not arrested, she was not detained.
ARMED POLICE instructed her to get out of the car.
What would you do?
They were not police, they were ICE agents, and they do not possess the authority to conduct a traffic stop on a US citizen absent a very narrowly defined legal trigger, none of which applied here. ICE's mandate is immigration enforcement, not general traffic policing.
Even if some want to argue she was "impeding an arrest", one of the narrow criteria sometimes cited, the agents were not effecting an arrest at the time, and she had already signalled multiple vehicles through, clearly impeding nothing.
If the only issue was an alleged traffic violation because of the position of her vehicle, then ICE agents are not police, have no jurisdiction over ordinary traffic infractions, and would have had to call in local law enforcement to intervene.
The law on this is clear.
In this situation, these so‑called "ARMED POLICE" who aren't police and offered no credible identification to dispel the reasonable impression they could have been nothing more than armed criminals, attempted to force her from her vehicle without any lawful basis.
What would I do?
I have no legal obligation to acquiesce to illegal actions by masked vigilantes.
I'd reverse to create space, hard‑lock the wheel to the right to enter the gap I'd just made, and leave the scene, a reaction protected by the Fourth Amendment of the US Constitution.
I would not expect a trigger‑happy individual to cast aside all departmental protocol and execute me in the street.
What would I do now, in hindsight, given there was a trigger‑happy individual willing to cast aside all departmental protocols and execute me in the street?
I honestly don't know.
At this point, the rule of law apparently does not apply to these paid agitators in masks, and that reality changes everything.
What would you do?
