They weren't identifying themselves at all, they rarely do, hence the masks.

You're the one calling them "the police office".

It's an important distinction because ICE agents have limited powers, especially when dealing with US citizens.

This latest batch routinely overstep their authority, ignore their constitutional obligations and ignore their own DHS policies and training, in this case specifically in walking in front of the car, drawing their weapon and firing at the moving vehicle.

But don't worry, we'll give you your safe space, she deserved to die. Happy?

Here's one of those annoying little facts you keep avoiding Greg, on account of you being hysterical. The agent had to take evasive action to avoid being struck by the vehicle. You can see it in the video.

At the time that the Ice man shot there was zero threat. An officer is not allowed to shoot after the threat has passed. That is even if there was ever a threat which I havn't seen to this point. The car was moving away from the Ice murderer and not going towards any other officer when the shots were taken.
