That fact alone will add at least five years to his sentence, if tried in a state court.

We have the video. We can see what happened with our own eyes.

She was told by ICE agents to move her car. She tried to comply, but her way was blocked, so she put her arm out the window and you can hear her telling them to go around.

They continue shouting orders at her to move her car, even after one of the ICE vehicles does go around her.

Then another ICE agent exits his vehicle, yelling conflicting orders, without identifying himself, screaming at her to "get out of the bugger car".

So at this point she is being simultaneously ordered to "move your vehicle" and "get out of the bugger car".

The ICE agent then aggressively approaches the car and tries to open the door.

At this moment they have no lawful right to do so.

This is a clear violation of the 4th and 5th Amendments of the Constitution.

She was not attempting to flee, there was no suspicion of a crime, and there was no destruction of evidence.

ICE wanted her to move her car. She told them to go around.

While this is happening, a third agent, the eventual shooter, positions himself in front of her vehicle while filming on his phone. DHS guidelines explicitly state that this should never be done.

Because the exit she was told to take was now blocked, she reversed the car to find a clear path out.

Before she even finishes reversing, the third agent begins drawing his weapon. At this point, she is not yet driving forward.

You can clearly see the front wheels turn away from the agents as she begins to drive off. They continue turning further right as the vehicle moves forward, away from them.

The shooter then continues trying to block her, again in direct violation of DHS policy.

As she drives away, when he is beside the vehicle, not in front of it, not in imminent danger, he fires a shot through the corner of the windscreen, at an angle that is only possible if he was no longer in the path of the car.

Then, as the vehicle continues moving, from the side of the car, he leans in through the driver's side window and fires two more shots.

Her now incapacitated body accelerates the car, which crashes into a pole and another parked vehicle.

As if that wasn't bad enough, ICE then violates policy yet again by failing to immediately render aid.

There was a doctor in the vicinity who identified himself as a physician and tried to help, but ICE refused to allow it.

Physician: "Can I go check her pulse? I'm a physician."
ICE agent: "No. Back up now."
Physician: "I'm a physician."
ICE agent: "I don't care."

ICE claimed they had their own medics.

None treated her.

Paramedics were prevented from getting close, forced to abandon their vehicle and run in on foot.

ICE agents stood there and watched her bleed out, rendering no first aid for over 15 minutes.

Her wife was in the car with her, forced to watch them try to kill her and then let her die on the side of the road.

You can see all of this in the footage. With your own eyes and ears.

And yet there are still people in this thread defending ICE, an agency that acted unlawfully, unconstitutionally, ignored its own training, and blatantly violated DHS protocol.

There are no more MAGA off-ramps.

I hope he never has a moment of peace for the rest of his life.  I hope he's always looking over his shoulder when out in public, wondering if that person sitting in the booth behind him while he's eating breakfast is going to take revenge.

While I don't believe in Hell, I hope he, and all those defending his actions, burn there for eternaty.

It is rare but possible to survive being shot in the head. Gabby Giffords, wife of Senator and former U.S. Navy Captain Mark Kelly and former member of the Arizona House of Representatives, was shot in the head and survived. It is reprehensible that ICE agents blocked a doctor from providing emergency care immediately after the shooting and their vehicles blocked an ambulance from reaching her, forcing them to carry the shot woman in their arms. The delay in this woman receiving medical care could have been responsible in her death.

If Trump is prejudging the shooting as not illegal, it's giving the gunmen a free go at shooting immigrants. If he can kidnap a president and shoot the guards overseas, then cops can shoot at will.
