I've just seen the video footage of the murder.

Noem claims that the woman was trying to run down the ICE officers, but the video clearly shows that she was just trying to flee the area - there were no ICE officers in front of her vehicle.

It's murder, pure and simple.

Hopefully Noem and her team of assassins will all end up in prison one day.

I don't know to whom that is directed. However, shooting a civilian fleeing an alleged arrest, is basically murder. Shoot the tyres out, if you have to stop them getting away.
