Will i be committing a 'HATE SPEECH' crime ?

Will i be committing a 'HATE SPEECH' crime ?
.....and putting myself in danger of being criminally convicted,
and then LAWFULLY imprisoned ?

e.g.
CHINA [i.e. 'one nation, one system']

QUESTION;
When the new laws and 'restrictions' [post the 'Bondi Beach' atrocity] are introduced,
laws which will outlaw 'HATE SPEECH',
will i be committing 'HATE SPEECH', by continuing,
to try to warn other Australians,
about a murderous death cult ?

Even.....if i can present, what are clearly, truthful evidences ?

When everything i say, can be shown to be factual, and truthful ?

And.....when i provide my 'evidences',
supporting my 'death cult' claims,
by quoting the terrorist instruction manual [aka THE KORAN] ???

QUESTION;
Shouldn't we [Australians], NOT 'shoot the messenger' ???

Should we [as an 'open society'] be willing to examine 'hard truths',
if the examination of those 'hard truths',
may alert us, to our own dangerous, and erroneous assumptions ???

Is it [should it be regarded, as] publicly 'outrageous', to openly speak,
[and to want to openly debate,]
about a subject, which some among us would insist,
MUST NOT BE OPENLY SPOKEN OF ???

e.g.

Yes, speaking what is true, and obviously so, should be a good defence.

Should be.

SCENARIO;
Perchance i directly witness a murder on the street, in a public place.

Did you know -

There used to be churches all over the Middle East where
Muslims went there on Fridays,
Jews went there on Saturdays &
Christians went there on Sundays.

They are all Abrahamic religions -
but now even different sects of Muslims kill each other over religion.
The Irish used to kill each other over religion - not so long ago.

The Irish internal strife was based more on politics - religion was used as the excuse in battles between British Royalists & Irish Republicans - it just so happened that one was predominantly Catholic & the other Protestant.

The only possible response to 'hate speech laws' is for everyone to challenge them and test them by expressing the truth and their honest opinions.
Just as the correct response to the Danish cartoon riots and death threats would have been for EVERY newspaper and TV channel to publish them for weeks - not instant cowering and self-censorship to appease monsters.
