Your error: Hamas appeared long after the contested creation of Israel in 1948, and is a later reaction against the post '67 Isreali occupation of the WB etc, and failure of the ensuing Camp David Accords to establish a Palestinian state.

You don't imagine the sudden 'opening' of Mt Warning came about by accident, do you? Here on OzPol - the Fearless Leader Freediver lead the charge, but the response from the thinking individuals here - your setanta, freediver, jasin, Gordon, The Baron and several others - sank that little red boat of the progressives... Ho Chi Minns was forced to find somethng to placate the rebelling public with..... to try to take the heat off Albo and that swine of a woman in victoria - the Sellout Queen/Beef wellington Lady of Australian Politics.

All it took for Mt Warning to be re-opened - but with a minefield laid which we are now watching in development (I won't pay no Abo so I can climb it) - was Voice Failure, Albo Failure over Terror Australis, the Bondi Massacre, the growing certainty that political appointments to suit some 'narrative' are creating a farce*, and what is now a near total public revolt.

* How many of these dopey, overpaid and vastly over-rated sheilas are going to tell us that religion didn't murder Jews at Bondi, that they can't point to any borders of 'Palestine', that they don't know what a woman is, and that they can't point to one single episode of any sheila being paid less for the same job, that they can arbitrarily run over the will of the people and make 'treaties' wth losers etc .... do we have to endure just to fit some fantasy narrative?

Feminism must go along with Islamophilia, Aboriginophilia, Ball Cutterphilia, Immigrophilia and all the other touchy-feely philias doing the rounds... Australia MUST reset, and the time is long overdue. They sure bring 'a different perspective' to the table.... **groans** ...

Yes, Laura Tingle apparently wants to be seen to be in agreement with eg, Malcolm Turnbull's urbane view that "Islam is one of the world's Great Religions", and therefore doesn't want to associate Islam with the Bondi attacks.

It's the opposite of you not wanting to associate Isreal's continuing occupation of the WB with Hamas terrorism.

And your refusal to acknowledge the proposed Palestinian state's borders are delineated in UN res 181.

And your refusal to accept the extra financial burden which child rearing has on women, because time-out for child bearing and rearing is not paid work.

The only comment among yours (above) with any validity is about the sex-identity debate - of concern to only c. 1% of the population who happen to be trans-gender.
