That's because the process for removing children is complex and comprehensive and all the cost is already taken up, and there is, after exhaustive measures including judicial approval - no room for appeals or anything else - they have all been exhausted.

Why would you demand that money be spent trying to stop what needs to be done?

Better to give 'em a Homeland of their own and let them sort it out.
