Hows that prediction working out with Trump considering his conviction for Rape?

Civil courts don't do convictions or guilty/not guilty therefore Trump wasn't convicted for rape.
Civil court found him Liable for $$$Damages for sticking his finger in EJC.

OJ Simpson was found not guilty in criminal court for murdering Nicole and Ronald.
OJ was found Liable for $$$Damages in a civil court for their deaths.

In the US you can be found not guilty in criminal court yet liable for $$$Damages in civil court despite being found not guilty in criminal court.

Your DL, a US prez, has so little respect for the law that he kept lying that he never met E Jean, she wasn't his type, the woman was a bare-faced liar

Now if he would tell such lies after a trial by a jury of his peers

It wasn't a jury of his peers the jury was selected from Lower Manhattan which has 9% registered Republican voters.

This is why they choose NY for legal action there is no chance he would be found liable in Texas or Florida where it's closer to 50/50 for voters.

The case with EJC isn't over it's off to a higher court.

Are you suggesting it should have been a jury made up entirely of billionaire kiddie fiddlers?

Why do you refuse to condemn violent rape?

Are you a rapist, Baron?

Who people vote for has nothing to do with juries, dear.

Just ask Panther. A jury is there to weigh the truth. Whether they vote Republican or not is irrelevant. Their voting history was never raised.

DL had two trials, remember. The first jury ruling, then the appeal before Judge Kaplan, who also found him liable.

Kaplan is known as a judge's judge. When DL tried playing games, Kaplan set him straight. Not on my watch, Kaplan said.

Nothing could please Panther more. Panther has always stood for justice, his area of expertise. He's a Constitutional scholar, you see. Always impartial, not interested in politics. Only justice, virtue, the rule of law, the foundation of Panther's beloved Republic.

Now, Greggery asked if you condemn the fingering. Are you going to answer that?

I happen to know that Panther, for one, is appalled.

Of course not, Greggery, don't be redeculous.

Baron has always complained about perverts. There was Monica and the hideous Bill Clinton, if you remember. An extra-marital affair if you please.

Then there was Jeff. Don't even get Baron started on him.

Baron despises rapists.

Why must the left lie?

Tara Reade accused Joe Biden of the exact same thing yet no outrage from hypocrite leftists with that.

Quote:
The Carroll suit was largely subsidized by Reid Hoffman the billionaire capitalist, and mega-donor to the Democratic Party and leftwing causes.

The E. Jean Carroll case is the most baffling of all five. She, the alleged victim, did not remember even the year in which the purported sexual assault took place, nearly three decades ago. Observers have pointed out dozens of inconsistencies in her story.

It was never clear what were the preliminaries that supposedly (Trump denies meeting her) led both, allegedly, willingly to retreat together to a department store dressing room, where during normal business hours the alleged violence took place.

Moreover, the sexual assault complaint came forward decades post facto—and only after Trump was running for and then president.
Carroll eventually sued him for battery, but well after the statute of limitations had expired and thus the case seemed defunct.

Her claims of defamation injuries arise from being fired from her advice column job at ELLE magazine.

She claimed that Trump’s sharp denials and ad hominem retorts led to her career ruin. But the loss for anyone of a column at 76 does not seem such a rare occurrence, and the absence of a salaried job in one’s late seventies for four years does not seem to equate to a $83 million hit.
And note the allegation that her dispute with Trump led to her firing was strongly denied by the very magazine that cut her loose.

But then another strange thing happened. In 2022, a new law (“The Adult Survivors Act”) was passed in the New York legislature. It also post facto established a twelve-month window (beginning six months from the signing of bill) that permitted survivors of long ago alleged sexual assaults suddenly to sue the accused long-ago perpetrator—regardless of the previous statute of limitations.
And she quickly refiled with the help of arch-Trump hating billionaire Hoffman.

Yet the bill may have been introduced with Trump particularly in mind—given the legislator who introduced it, Brad Hoylman-Siga, was known as another Trump antagonist.

More interestingly, he had earlier introduced and had passed another Trump-targeted bill. That “TRUST” act had empowered particular federal Congressional committees to have access to the New York State once sealed tax returns of high-ranking government officials—such as Trump.

That bill’s generally agreed subtext was a green light for anti-Trump members of Congress to obtain legal access to Donald J. Trump's tax returns.

In essence they were targeted statutes designed to make Trump’s prior legally unactionable behavior suddenly quite legally actionable.

Trump again will face leftwing prosecutors, judges, and juries on charges that are politically driven, involving alleged behavior that is either usually not criminalized or not to the same degree as Trump’s case.

I just want to remind everyone that in addition to once saying on CNN that "rape is sexy," E. Jean Carroll's accusation against Trump is an exact plot line from a 2012 Law & Order SVU episode.

She claimed that this was a complete coincidence when asked about it.

Her lawyers also tried to get the judge to instruct jurors that there's no evidence in the record that the episode "actually exists."

That law and order show had the same shop and same dressing room in their story

Reid Hoffman was a friend of Epstein he visited his Island.

In 2012 nearly 20 years after this claimed incident EJC said she was a big fan of Trumps show The Apprentice.
A rape victim would never be a fan of her rapist!

Let’s not forget how E. Jean Carroll, Trump’s rape accuser, coincidentally accused Trump of rape in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room after a similar episode aired on Law and Order SVU.

There is a clip  from a fictional show with exact same scenario!

The Judge instructed Jury that never happened!

From his refusal to answer, one must conclude that Baron condones the violent penetration of women against their will.

One can only imagine why he feels that way.

There you go, Greggery. The old boy's risking the defamation that got DL re-done for $9 mil in damages.

Should E Jean sue the old boy too?

Or should she go straight for Gordon for fingering you-know-who?
