What are the entry criteria? Just like all the specific Aboriginal Health Clinics in every major centre & many remote centres set up for one demographic.

Years ago I went into a Koori Employment Agency looking for work, even if it was for Aborigines.
They said they only offer work to Aborigines.
I asked them if they are Non Australian foreigners from Africa?
They chased me out of the office and down a block.

Living in Australia. Anyone can outrun an Aborigine. Grin
