Already answered.
No you didn't.
Sure I did, your ability to read what is written is crippled by your CDS, as noted in the Ukraine war thread.
Quote:Why did you claim you were not talking about Taiwan after I pointed out that the CCP had barely changed the relative income between China and Taiwan over the last decade?
Where did I say I wasn't talking about Taiwan?
I did say the mainlanders will be as wealthy as the islanders in a decade (per capita basis), and I later said why, ie Taiwan's growth will slow while the mainland's growth will surpass it, just as China rapidly reduced the gap with the US over the last two decades, until the pandemic.
Note: since the pandemic, the current AI boom in the US is pumping up the US's gdp figures, but Wall Sreet ceased being part of the real economy ages ago, and Americans workers (not Wall St. speculators) are living paycheck to paycheck.
While China keeps trading with the world and growing its real economy; eg it's already the world's largest ship builder, while the US has to beg S. Korea to invest in deficient US shipbuilding.
Now - back to the UN, and res. 2758: you can't unilaterally decide to split a nation, just because you don't like the mainland's highly productive real economy which is a result of the nation's one-party system.
