Not a joke: it will be the largest solar energy project in Oz, supplying well-paying, secure jobs to local aboriginals, while providing clean energy to Darwin and Singapore (via undersea cable).

Hunter gatherers existing before a money economy have an assured 'income' ie access to the means of survival...which doesn't include "a drink" as you inferred, ie, white man's grog.
