But of course. Everybody knows the Comey prosecution will be thrown out of court, it's merely a matter of time.

And unlike DL's $240 mil payout by the DOJ for pain and suffering, this one's got lawfare written all over it. DL publicly ordered Pam Bondi to find a crime and put Comey under arrest.

DL's prosecutions, by contrast, went before grand juries and a Special Counsel with hard, uncontested evidence. Seven forged electoral certificates submitted to Congress. Taped calls to election officials demanding they find him more votes. 12,000 stolen government stashed in Melania's panty drawers.

"A federal judge on Monday scorched the Justice Department’s handling of years-old evidence in its case against former FBI Director James Comey, raising the possibility that interim US Attorney Lindsey Halligan may have botched the grand jury proceeding and the indictment could be tainted."

Halligan is the most incompetent attorney in Trump's long list of incompetent attorneys.

Like most of the others, she'll end up being disbarred.

The case has past its statute of limitation date. It cannot be refiled anyway.

Halligan was the prosecutor before the Grand Jury. If Halligan didn't have the final endictment then the Grand Jury didn't have it either.

The Grand Jury never considered the endictment? If so it doesn't get worse than thet.
