What, that Portland's one of the quietest cities in the US, everybody shushing each other like they're in a school library?

Oh, ja. I mean, what are the US military supposed to do? Conduct a counter-attack on the Chamber of Commerce? Shoot the crossing guards when they see the whites of their eyes?

Landmine their lawns? Booby trap the sprinklers?
