The only peoples who slaughtered Jews for being Jews were European peoples.

Jews were not slaughtered in the Middle East Nazi-style. Almost all of them migrated to Israel after Israel was declared, under its Law of Return.

For International legitimacy and recognition, the new Israel was required to extend citizenship to Arabs because Israel

- depended on international recognition, especially from Western democracies.

- The UN Partition framework explicitly assumed minority rights.

- Denying citizenship to Arabs who remained would have made Israel resemble an apartheid or colonial regime from day one.

- Granting citizenship strengthened Israel’s diplomatic position at a moment when its existence was still contested.

Neighbouring Muslim countries actually succeeded in getting rid of the Jews, then followed up by trying to slaughter any the fled to Israel. In response, Israel created a liberal democracy in which the significant Arab Muslim population have more rights and freedoms, and more say in the governance of the country, than in any middle eastern or north african country.

You point out that the Arabs did not slaughter Jews Nazi-style, like this is a demonstration of Muslim goodwill towards Jews. What you leave out with your Nazi-esque spin is that they tried and failed. Repeatedly. But they did manage to ethnically cleanse their countries of Jews.

About 250,000 to 300,000 Palestinian Arabs were displaced by Jewish militant groups before Israel declared independence on 14 May 1948.

The displacement did not begin after Israel existed, but between 1946 and April 1948, (at its most prolific between December '47 and April '48), at the end of the British Mandate.

The Jews were not above giving some Arabs the marching orders, directly or by telling them they"wanted to go". The mufti were very encouraging of the Muslims to go.
But yes, overall the Jews have been far more liberal and tolerant of Arabs, without being blamelessly angelic,  than the other way around.
The population increase us due to rapid breeding. One of the Muslim aims, as in Europe, is go outbreed the Jews in Israel. In Gaza under Hamas, for example, contraception is forbidden and the birthrate is high. That's why the Gazan population, despite the "genocide" has actually increased.
