Don't think you can really pick a best. I rather liked the riddler. Penguine could be good , cat woman.

Joker wasn't my favourite. Many of these I didn't remember.

That reminds me - I bought these about 5 years ago and I still haven't gotten around to watching any of them yet (I have seen most or all of them on TV many years ago, of course).

Must put a day or two aside for that soon.

I also have the 1966 Film on BluRay and I've watched that several times over the years.

This is still my favourite scene from that movie:
