He is proof that Capitalism never works (it ruins) in Government initiatives. We saw that in Obama term, who had to print money - even back then (at 10% interest), to cover such incompetence.

he could have ... but why would he? Contrary to what the right wing media is telling you, this was far more than just a website. $80m was the projected cost. To finish over 6 yrs later with only a 15% overspend is actually pretty good by govt. standards.
