Oh, just bugger orf aready.

"These processes are actually designed for dominant populations and are not relational or representative for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities," she said.

"There's a whole element of marginalisation that is not actually considered.  "It goes to the ingrained racism, the ongoing impacts of colonisation."

Well, don't get into a bloody car, then, if you don't like the fruits of colonisation.  Always special pleading, always bleating about 'cultural safety'.
Can WE have some cultural safety from this endless Abo bleating and gimme??

That's because they drive as sovereign citizens of another state within a state - Australian Gazans - without licence and rego etc.  Can't get compo for crashing in a stolen or unregistered car without CTP paid up...

Self inflicted wound.  Are they expecting the Cargo Cult to pay that for them as well?  Just part of 'the rent'?

From reading that ABC blurred slur ... compo is NOT restricted - living remote is the cause of all his troubles, and I have no doubt he gets travel money for appointments etc.  He'll be in receipt of social security - apparently his accident was not on Army time ... so Mum is NOT the only income earner - whatever she does out there - and she'll be in receipt of social security due to lack of hours of work anyway.

Distortions as usual right thoughout the whole thing.  Unless he was in an unregistered car - he would have been liable to receive CTP payout... quite generous at that time.
