Senator Jacinta Nampijinpa Price is being sued in the Federal Court over a press release she sent to more than 1,000 journalists.
The release inaccurately claimed Central Land Council chief executive, Lesley Turner, was was "unfit" for the role and his dismissal was warranted.
What's next?
The hearing will span across seven days and include evidence in the form of text messages, emails and staff testimonies.”

Had no idea it was happening. “ It claimed Mr Turner lost the support of his councillors and was no longer fit to serve as CEO.” Let’s see what the court decides. It’s not defamation if it’s true. I would like to know who is paying the solicitors involved?
