Every time OzPol has an attack of the ridiculously slows we lose members.

JC Denton SAID he was leaving because of the slows and has left. Phemanderac, JC Denton, The Barnacle, Bam—just some of the names I remember as former members.

What is the path back to growing membership and post count?

These are "bad" bots that don't obey the rules and are fairly good at impersonating real traffic, so there is no cheap and easy way stop them. From what I can gather they are most likely gathering data for training AI.

I got a bit of a reprieve yesterday by rebooting the server, however the bots seem to have figured that one out as it does not work any more.

I still have a few more things I can try out, but won't get on to them in a hurry.

Well -
it's super slow again.
I hope it gets fixed within a few days?

What is the path back to rising membership and post count? 100 posts per day less today than 14 months ago show the scale of the decline.
