Three of the four radicals who attacked the London transport network on 7 July 2005, killing 52 people, were British-born sons of Pakistani immigrants. The fourth, Abdullah Shaheed Jamal, had been born in Jamaica as Germaine Lindsay but was brought up in this country, changing his name when he converted to Islam.

Michael Adebolajo and Michael Adebowale, who hacked Lee Rigby to death in 2013, were also UK-born, also the sons of immigrants, and also Muslim converts.

The perpetrator of the Westminster Bridge attack, which killed four people and injured just under 50, was Khalid Masood, born in this country as Adrian Russell Elms, of Afro-Caribbean heritage. The unspeakable horror of the 2017 Manchester Arena bomb was carried out by Salman Abedi, born in Manchester to Libyan parents. He, too, was of violent stock – his father had been a member of a proscribed jihadi group – and, he, too, hung on to his resentments throughout an English education.

In attempting to deflect from the number of terror-style attacks carried out by immigrants, the authorities inadvertently emphasise how many are carried out by the sons of immigrants. They may have grown up watching Blue Peter; but they are moved by ancestral voices prophesying war. Accepting that fact is the first step towards getting the right policies on education, assimilation and, indeed, immigration.

We actively need to inculcate a sense of patriotism in all British kids, whether first-generation or fifty-first generation. Our tendency, not only in schools but in many broadcast media, to present our history as a chronicle of racism and exploitation, rather than a story of freedom against the odds, is a big part of our problem.

Equally, though, we should admit that not all immigrants are equal. Some places are more backward and more violent than others. People who come from these places are statistically more likely to commit violent crimes than the children of immigrants from, say, Switzerland. That fact should guide our immigration policy

I do not want to give any special consideration to Islam at all as I regard its presence and influence as an unmitigated degradation to every aspect of Western culture it comes into contact with.

I am also not in favour of re-primitivising efforts. Aborigines have no greater claim to anything, in my view, since absolutely nothing is their creation in modern Australia, nothing is the fruit of their pre-contact efforts and work. Heredity is not a virtue in itself. I respect hard working Aborigines, most of whom are more non-Aborigine than Aborigine, and note that their work is NOT the kind their Aboriginal ancestors carried out for tens of thousands of years. They work as a result of the civilising change that came to the continent in 1788 and they are enjoying and deserving the fruits of that kind of non-Aboriginal effort.

I do not care what colour you are if you have assimilated and embrace the culture of your host country, in our case Australia. If I wanted to learn about your far away country, its culture and customs, I would visit it or read up on it. Until then, I am not interested, so don't parade it as if I needed to know it, or worse, accommodate it. You left it - I am not interested in what you yourself left.

You dislike their portrayal in Shakespearean dramasm you hate the idea of them being part of the Royal family. You'd never accept them as POTUS. The Norwegian Statistical Office recently published a series of data on crime in relation to the national context, an initiative that arose from a specific request from the parliamentary group of the Progressive Party.

The new data has brought to light significant, or rather shocking, trends. , particularly evident in the age group between 15 and 24 years. Analyzing the violence and mistreatment in this age group, the following emerges: while among Norwegians of origin there are 32 accusations per 1,000 inhabitants, in the Somali community this number rises drastically to 483 accusations per 1,000 inhabitants, representing a rate 15 times higher and practically indicating that one in two Somalis in Norway has a criminal charge for violence and abuse. (small minority, eh? 50% is now a small minority, if you have a Doctor of Divinity and a Mesters degree. Education, eh?)

As regards drug-related crimes, similar trends are observed. In the same age group, Norwegians of origin record 43 charges per 1,000 inhabitants in Oslo. The figure rises significantly in the Somali community, where there are 441 accusations per 1,000 inhabitants.

High numbers are also found in the Iraqi and Ethiopian communities, with 342 and 371 accusations per 1,000 inhabitants respectively.

The temporal analysis of the data reveals a worrying evolution. Comparing the periods 2015-2018 and 2020-2023, a significant increase in the overrepresentation of immigrants in crime rates emerges.

In the period 2015-2018, the overrepresentation was 53% for immigrants and 59% for those born in Norway to immigrant parents. These numbers grew significantly over the period 2020-2023, reaching 96% and 124% respectively. This trend marks a reversal compared to the decade before 2015, when a decline in overrepresentation was instead observed. This means that the policies applied after 2015, or rather the opening to immigration carried out during the Merkel government, in a discriminatory way, was an enormous damage to the security of the Nordic countries.

Are you surprised that Safe-Breakers are listed in the national listings of occupations recognised by the ABS? There are professional, legal, Safe-Breakers, few in number but sufficient for the ABS to list them. What about Zombie Hunters? They exist. Not much work for either group but they exist.
