And so they should. The people stated emphatically two years ago they did not want any treaty or separate Aboriginal parliaments and the state government has no authority to introduce such.

Bit of a stretch of the imagination there, Belgarion. Australia was asked to vote on a different proposition then compared to what the Victorians are being asked to vote on.   Tsk, tsk, tsk... Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

If Aborigynes want a treaty then they should relinguish/be stripped of their Australian citizenship first, form an actual, viable political entity with which a State or the Commonwealth can negotiate a treaty with.

A treaty with our own citizens, subject to our constitution and laws is a load of idiotic fantasy bollocks, starting with the "first nation" hooey.

They could ask the same question 1000 different ways. The answer is always going to be no. We are not going to vote for a bunch of morons who cannot read public opinion.

It's not a Treaty anyway since a state cannot make a treaty.  It is an agreement that can be turned over at any time.

If those in 'government' there want this thing - let them pay for it.

The Victorian people are not being asked to vote on it..... they have no Voice in this.... their New Fascist overlords will dictate to them what they will and won't accept and do...

The Voice was about division by race, as is this Victorian treaty.
