The gazans can't stay there.
Their hatred of the Jews would now be at an all time high so that's just too risky.

I would think a consortium of Saudi princes, Dubai businessmen, jordanians and Kuwaiti with Trump as well should rebuild it as a state based on Dubai.

The Greta's of the world can feed and house the Palestinians and they can do apprenticeships in construction as they work on Trump towers and MBS towers and the new Dubai in Gaza racetrack.

This would seem a win\ win
