Pay essential workers!!!

If it's good enough for politicians to get paid in full while the government is shut down (effectively, they're being paid to not work), then it's good enough for members of the U.S. military, federal law enforcement agencies, air traffic controllers, etc who are essential workers to be paid in full. These are people who don't get to stay home while the government is shut down because if they did, the country would be in anarchy. It is beyond wrong that they aren't paid while idiotic politicians like Mike Johnson continue to draw their six-figure salary, as this military wife and mother says...

It’s not the Schumer Shutdown, or the Democrats Shutdown, or the Left-Wing Shutdown. Republicans control the Senate, House and White House. It’s their job to negotiate to get a Bill that can be passed. Trump is the master of the deal, remember? The responsibility rests with the President, as Trump has said in the past. He/you can’t just change the goal posts just because the result isn’t convenient. This is the Trump Shutdown and the Republicans Shutdown, plain and simple. They’re the ones in the majority, so the buck stops with them.
