And the judge isn't gonna have much patience with the unbelievably incompetent US attorney presenting the case.

She's been on the job for three days and has no prosecutorial experience whatsoever.

She didn't even know how to present a case to a grand jury - she had to be shown how to do it by other people who work in her office.

People might find this hard to believe, but she was chosen for the job because of her looks and because of her loyalty to Trump and not on merit.

The false statement charge relates to Comey’s denial at a senate hearing that he authorised anyone at the FBI to speak to the media anonymously about FBI investigations related to Trump or his 2016 rival, Hillary Clinton.
