I pity the people who had to sit through his rambling campaign-style speech at the UN. They all had front-row seats to the continued cognitive decline of a racist, bigoted nut job who thinks he's the best thing since sliced bread and always the smartest person in any room he enters. He just can't string together a coherent conversation and we saw his mental decline when he was asked how he was coping since the death of Charlie Kirk where he said he's okay and look at these trucks coming to build my ballroom! Yeah, he's missed the first stages of grief and gone straight to construction - Kimmel was spot on with that one.
