I never said there was no suspect when Kimmel made the comment. What I said, as Kimmel pointed out, was that Republicans have been rushing to paint the shooter as not one of their own, even before a suspect was identified, as evidenced by Trump's comments days before the arrest.

Even now, we don't know enough about the alleged shooter to make any determination.

What has been released in the indictment hasn't been tested in court.

The text exchanges don't read like anything from people that age. I work with a lot of people around that age, and not once have I seen anyone speak like this, even when we push them to be as proper as possible in customer-facing roles.

Nobody outside of law enforcement talks about a "vehicle" driving around, they say car, bike, van, etc.

And copy-pasting the transcript, which isn't even screenshots of the chat, into AI detectors, as you can try yourself, gives:

Kimmel did violate FCC rules by not putting a disclaimer Trump was actually right the shooter was a leftist.

Jimmy Kimmel went on air and implied to the ABC audience that Charlie Kirk’s assassin was a MAGA conservative.
Then he accusing the right of covering it up to “score political points.”

After the shooting democrat supporters suggested shooter was a far right Groyper which resulted in Newsweek being the first then followed by NYT, TIME, Guardian amplifying these rumours then discrediting these claims and editing articles after Governor Cox said he was a rabid leftist.

Of course you would expect Trump MAGA to respond to fake news from Newsweek,NYT, Time and the Guardian by saying it's absurd Robinson was one of theirs after the fake news pushed that idiocy which was further amplified by idiots.

It was Discord where he admitted to his tranny lover and others he shot Charlie.

His mother father and tranny lover have all made statements saying he admitted to doing it.

His father said it was his grandfathers rifle his DNA is on towel gun was wrapped in on the bullets rifle and trigger.

The evidence is overwhelming i predict he will plead guilty it will be a very short trial.
