Breaking: EU Votes To Recognise Palestine !

Check it out Wink

EU ‘Breaks Ranks’ With Israel Over Gaza ‘Genocide’; Votes To Recognise Palestine

Quote:
In a dramatic move, the European Parliament passed a non-binding resolution titled “Gaza at Breaking Point,” calling for urgent EU action to combat famine, release Israeli hostages, and recommit to a two-state solution. The vote passed with 305 in favour, 151 against, and 122 abstentions. MEPs demanded immediate aid access, called on EU states to recognise Palestine, and backed sanctions on violent Israeli settlers—including far-right ministers Smotrich and Ben-Gvir. The resolution also supports suspending bilateral support to Israel and parts of the EU-Israel Association Agreement. This comes as Commission President Ursula von der Leyen faces two no-confidence motions over her handling of Gaza and broader transparency concerns.

The only people getting in the way of a two state solution are the Muslims. They will not establishing a  functioning government themselves, and they will kill anyone from outside who tries. Recognition means nothing. When given the choice, the locals always choose war.

Will the term: 'Palestine has a right to exist' gain the legs that Israel's 'right' did?

But where is 'Palestine'?

What weasel words is 'Europe' using this time.. when are all the big talkers going to actually make that peace they keep screeching about, and how?

Befuddled non-thinking ...

I believe the detail is in the resolution.

It already has. Like I already said, no-one is preventing the Palestinians from forming a functioning state, other than the Palestinians themselves. They think it is more important to kill Jews than raise their children.

What determines, in your... mind, Palestine's right to exist?

Such that, say, Kurdistan does not?

Where do they plan to put Palestine?

Someone yesterday posted a neat map of New Palestine sitting next to Portugal and bordering the rump of Spain (less the former Moor conquested zone) and France...  how about we put it in between .... oh ... let's review this:-

" Most recently, Australia, Belgium, Canada and France announced plans to recognize a Palestinian state at the United Nations General Assembly"

On that basis it could be placed - well - on that wording AT the United Nations General Assembly in New York....maybe a bit of Manhattan and Long Island bit of NY state/wee bit of Canada  ..... with a separate state in Belgium/France near NATO etc, and a wee colony in Australia...... give 'em a good start on their worldwide jihad.... with a foot in everywhere....

Anyway - my Palestinian bloke is coming tomorrow to fix the old girl's air con - she got some money from the bank and is 'aving one big pardy' - getting her three year old air con replaced.... ooh - the dust from you cutting timber for the patio wall burns the top of my mouth and me lungs.... even though the doors were closed tight and there was no wind and a vague smell of pine timber wafted in ... and everyone knows she's schiz and that 'dust pouring down from the ceiling fan' she also had replaced was a wee bit of humid condensation during high humidity.... and she was happy to move into MY room for a night and it's 'closer to the dust'!!!!

Don't get me started on the kerfuffle over my allowing a small bus to go in front of us to unload - FAST- at the club door because I kindly didn't want to delay anyone by getting her scooter out etc on the ramps - and the bastard sat there and blocked until I fronted him - and she said 'Oh, don't spoil their wedding party!'.... like a red flag at a bull...

Anyway - time to roast 'governments' that ride over the will of their people and recognise terrorist states without our permission... they all think they run the show and we, the people, are about to take it back from them.

You fail to mention that your idea of a "functioning government" is military occupation by the IDF and checkpoints on every corner. No one should put up with an open-air concentration camp, should they ??

Ask yourself why the Saudis, the Egyptians, the jordanians, the Kuwaiti and the emirates will not allow 1 Palestinian in their country.

Just what sort of garbage must they be that their Muslim neighbours despise them so much.

Egypt has put up 3 walls of razor wire.

They are like Trump on steroids.

They know what rotten destructive lunatics the Palestinians are.

I think the neighbours probably send Israel a big " thumbs up" for doing them such a favour

That is my idea of what happens when you don't have a functioning government. Just look at what happened in Afghanistan. It will probably happen again there.

It gets a bit silly when you try to turn absolutely everything into a sinister Jewish conspiracy Nail.

After decades of support from the Arab states, who ultimately proved that they couldn't fight their way out of a wet paper bag, they now see the war-torn, radicalised Palestinians as national security threats.

The Arab states, having grown filthy rich from oil money over the last hundred years, are now breeding lazy, fat c~nts by the tens of thousands who can barely feed themselves without being spoonfed by Filipino guest workers, let alone pick up a weapon and go to war.

The Arab states will be happy to have Israel do the legwork and grind Sunni enemies into the dirt.

The Qatar bombing has proved that Israel will pick them off as well if they step out of line.

Well - any Gazan government will have to be disarmed, be Hamas-free, have order and law,  and be dedicated to peace - even then - until it is properly established (look at Iraq after the invasion) and running smoothly and peacefully - there will need to be a policing force there... maybe the UN but they won't put their people where their mouth is... so it will be Israel.

Considering the civilised treatment by Israel of those who left the fighting zones via the open corridors controlled by Israel - that will not be a harsh occupation to any who are living in peace etc... not too bad an 'open air prison' where Israel provides the power, food and a lot else.

Footnote:-  Now you know what a cunning stunt Albo is for 'recognising' such a 'state'.  Just like his 'it's only a single page simple request' Voice that was many pages long:-

https://www.skynews.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/Document-14-1.pdf

.. he snakes out from saying the full Monty ... saying he will recognise the RIGHT of the Gazans to a Palestine state - but never saying what and where it is in reality.

He's a bigger weasel than Howard or Keating ... and that's saying something..

A few weeks ago, as this recognition date neared, Netanyahu, clearly frustrated that his US presidential puppet couldn't hold back Anglospheric recognition of Palestine, decided he'd reframe the Palestinian conflict as Israel doing Britain, Canada and Australia a favour... 'we're fighting them here so you don't have to', adding 'because they're coming for you too'.

Yeah, when they create a functioning state.

Never.
