Is it inalienable? If not, who bestows that right? By what authority?

From there, the state must be geolocated within defined borders... Do those borders have a right to exist? Who is the ultimate authority such that a state and its borders have a right to exist?

Does, say, the Basque state have a right to exist?

So Israel can blow up a multi story building in Australia if they believe a Hamas member is in the building ? I think not.

There is zero claim that Hamas had launched from that building.
