Can't do, you insufferable LIAR. Laws are written by people's congressional representatives, as every schoolboy knows. A prez serves as the executive, intended by the FFs to carry out the will of the reps. The entire US Constitution is based on the premise that prezes don't make laws without the assent of Congress. It's designed to keep prezes from getting too big for their boots. You know this all too well. How do we know?

Because you spent 12 years complaining about the Kenyan and his puppet Sleepy Joe. You reminded us of the separation of powers every chance you got - especially when the GOP knocked back powers clearly in the prez's brief, such as appointing judges.
