Someone in the street near me has a pear tree, a Beurre Bosc from what I could tell. Gets like 200 pears from the tree.

Guess what? He HATES pears so he wants me to pick and use the whole bloody lot!

Will need to preserve, no other way can I eat that many pears:

Preserved pears in light syrup with gentle spicing, cinnamon stick and 3-4 cloves. Pear flavor is delicate, easy to overpower. Same with peaches.

Pear butter, again some restrained spicing.

Pears cooked/preserved with wine?

I do not own a scratter or press so perry and peary are out.
