The question wasn't about his opinion of fairness, it was whether he is a convicted criminal. In legal terms, the answer is yes. He was found guilty in
a court of law and sentenced.
Frank can cry "unjust" until he's blue in the face, but that doesn't erase the fact that Navarro is, by definition, a criminal. Pretending otherwise is pure denial.

Navarro was explicitly ordered to testify and hand over documents concerning efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election, and he flat-out refused.
He made a conscious choice to defy the law.
The courts found him guilty on two counts of contempt.
You might dislike the fact that the orders came from the House Select Committee investigating the January 6 attack on the US Capitol, but that doesn't change his deliberate decision or the clear court ruling.
To claim this is all a political witch hunt demands an extraordinary level of denial, denial about the attempted insurrection, who orchestrated it, and what actually transpired that day.
Despite your incessant accusations of "TDS" or whatever, it's you who's living in that delusion, plainly and embarrassingly so.
