Epstein died in 2019. Maxwell was tried and found guilty in 2021, sentenced in 2022. Maxwell's trial covered the period after 2015. Epstein was first publicly accused in 2007. Trump banned Epstein from his circle about two years earlier.

If Trump had been implicated the Biden admininstration would have released the details. Nothing could have prevented them from doing so. Except that there wasn't anything to imlicate Trump. After all, they impeached him twice and threw endless and various criminal charges at him? Why not sink him with Epstein and Maxwel when they had the power?
