The fact that the Aborigine Rangers have to catch them, shows how the Indonesians are getting past the Navy's incompetence.

We are not at war Jasin. The navy is not supposed to manage this sort of thing, any more than the airforce is supposed to check your passport on the way in.

...maybe if locals are allowed to put big machine guns on their Recreational Fishing boats. It could provide a cost effective volunteer detterant?
