Travel to china for first time
Jul 14th, 2025 at 5:41pm

I traveled to China for the first time recently and had an amazing experience. I booked a private tour with ChinaXianTour, and they made everything so smooth—from airport pickup to local guides who spoke great English. Xi’an was a great starting point with the Terracotta Army and rich history. The service was professional and friendly, which made my first trip feel safe and enjoyable. Highly recommend them for first-time travelers!

Apparently, guided tours around Soviet Moscow used to be amazing too... everybody spoke English!

The truth was that it was very safe touring Soviet Union. As long as your papers were in order and you stuck to the Tourism act, you were safe and sweet. Now though, Russia is extremely dangerous and unreliable to travel in, even before the Ukraine issue.

We went to China about 8 years ago. Beijing, great wall  warriors trip up the three gorges from that bloody great dam. Then on the Li river and the little Li river then train into Vietnam. Organized by ourselves with the aid of a Chinese Travel Company. Enjoyed all of it. Very expensive. Everywhere we went we seemed to be on a Wendy Woo  tour. Look at that option if going.
Would not go back as most Chinese are worse that the most obnoxious Australian.

Mongoloids are racist. They want East Asia for just Mongoloids.
Negroids are racist. They want sub-sahara for Negroids only.
Caucasoid Arabs are racist. They want the Middle-East for Arabs only.

Grin Looks that way.

We went to China in 2018 and after a couple weeks I was craving a normal sandwich  Grin
But that Great Wall was something else! Horrible uneven steep steps. Yet the view was magnificent.
Harsh ruthlessness and tragedy with the making of that wall  Undecided
