Woman Goes To A 'Dumping Ground' For Dogs Every Day At 4 A.M. Why dump a dog? Councils, shelters etc will take them! Thank goodness for dedicated rescuers.

Actually, our first dog, Candy the Australian terrier was found by a trucky mate of ours running down a road at midnight in Victoria somewhere. So one dog was a rescue off the streets.

Candy could have been dumped or just forgotten. God, could that dog kill rats! Last rat she killed, the last rat left, was as big as the dog but one bite behind the head and it was a dead rat.

When I get chickens I might look for another Australian terrier. Get rid of vermin you get rid of snakes.
