I think racism is increasing.

What we should aim for is to see skin colour no different from hair colour.

If we get to that point, there is no racism.

Amongst my indigenous and non indigenous grandchildren , this is the case.

Blonde brunette dark skin pale skin
It counts for nil.

Unfortunately for some people and Brian is a prime example. They can't stop noticing skin colour.
They are probably pretty ashamed of their inherent racism.
So they accuse others of having their own personal vice.

Very similar to someone who may have obsessive focus on trumps sexual indiscretions. But I digress.

When people like bwian want people to be able to climb or not climb a mountain based on their skin colour, what are we to call that but racism?
That's apartheid.
Separation on the basis of skin colour.

What if my extended family want to go to Stradbroke Island and 3 grandchildren can hunt the beaches and the other 3 can't.

What am I to tell them?
Do I sit them down and explain Australia has decided to separate you from your cousins on the basis of your skin colour.

What an ugly message.

What hateful and divisive people humans like bwian must be.

I would beg them to stop the racism
Do it for the next generation

No - it was CREATED by government racism as a deliberate policy ploy.  Nobody could be serious about the way governments and bodies of government are going about their Apartheid madness, not to mention their immigration mix madness.

On which last subject - worldwide changes and growing pressures are at this moment giving GuvAlbo pause to re-consider their ideas and fantasies about immigration...... most Civilised Tribes are rejecting mass immigration from specific areas due to the endless troubles those bring ... ordinary folk are finally rising, and governments are being changed or are changing to suit what they always knew was the reality of rejection by the ordinary folk of this kind of madness......

I predict that GuvAlbo and their consorts will quietly shelve their immigration madness and just pretend it never happened and that it wasn't their policy ...  it was in the hands of the immigration officials .. they will publicly crucify THEIR appointed head of that organisation while slipping them a nice little earner for life for falling on the party sword ... they will more and more blame the 'opposition' for it all as time goes by and memories slip .... repeat often enough until the upcoming school dweebs accept it as the new reality ..... they will do this slowly in the hope that we will not notice....

No more mass immigration from uncongenial lands and cultures....

No more slicing up the country to satisfy the whinings of ten people who reckon their ancestors once walked there .... and who have enjoyed the privileges of a free ride the Other Way for generations ..

Time to stop pushing dopey sheilas, don' cha think?  Let them stand on a level playing field for a change ... you've already destroyed homes, families, economies, and children doing it.... so when do you plan to STFU about 'poor, poor women' and stop crushing down on men to give them privileges men never had?

If you do not notice what they have all done to you by now - I cannot help you.

Identity politics when it suits their argument/agenda.

And because of the virtue signaling they don't see that they are being what they decry - racist.

The slave economy in the American south kept them relatively poor and probably contributed to the loss of the civil war. Though there probably would not have been a civil war without the slave economy.

Here's the Barometer.
https://www.reconciliation.org.au/reconciliation/what-is-reconciliation/
There is much in it that is contentious and activist-driven.
As usual, non-Aborigines are epected to be reconciled with Aborigines and to celebrate them. There isn't any expectation on Aborigines to reconcile with a changing world around them, to catch up and make an effort.

greggery,

Many ppl like yourself today, in Australia.......are being purposefully disingenuous.......
i.e. deceitful.

Intentionally sowing social discord, throughout society.

disingenuous = = not candid or sincere, especially in pretending that one knows less about something than one really does.

THE TRUTH......
It is all criminals, but particularly violent criminals, who are.........
A PRIVILEGED GROUP, in Australian society today.

privilege = = a special right, advantage, or immunity for a particular person.      a special benefit or honour.

And, we should be condemning the political class in this country, for that circumstance......
and NOT [being especially critical of] Anglo Australians.

n.b.
It WAS Anglo Australians.....who brought COMMON LAW......to this nation.

[the principle of ONE LAW, for all]

Yet the principle of COMMON LAW in Australia,
has been rapidly destroyed and adulterated.......
at the behest, and lobbying, of ppl like yourself greggery.

The 99% of all 'our' Australian politicians, in 2025.......
these verses in the book of Isaiah....
are is speaking of people like YOU.  ------ >

KJV
Isaiah 59:3
For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness.
4  None calleth for justice, nor any pleadeth for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.
......
......
7  Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood: their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths.
8  The way of peace they know not; and there is no judgment in their goings: they have made them crooked paths: whosoever goeth therein shall not know peace.
9  Therefore is judgment far from us, neither doth justice overtake us: we wait for light, but behold obscurity; for brightness, but we walk in darkness.
......
......
14  And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.
15  Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the LORD saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment.

And Ezekiel.......

Q.
Who are the 'shepherds', or the 'princes', in a society of men ?

Hey.....our political class, who do you think Ezekiel is describing here ?   -------- >

Ezekiel 34:1
And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
2  Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD unto the shepherds; Woe be to the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves! should not the shepherds feed the flocks?
3  Ye eat the fat, and ye clothe you with the wool, ye kill them that are fed: but ye feed not the flock.
4  The diseased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye healed that which was sick, neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye brought again that which was driven away, neither have ye sought that which was lost; but with force and with cruelty have ye ruled them.
5  And they were scattered, because there is no shepherd: and they became meat to all the beasts of the field, when they were scattered.

KJV
".......and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers,
Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them:
but gather the wheat into my barn."

"......and his disciples came unto him, saying,
Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.
He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;
The field is the world;
the good seed are the children of the kingdom;
but the tares are the children of the wicked one;
The enemy that sowed them is the devil;
the harvest is the end of the world;
and the reapers are the angels."

From a facebook site:

So, let's get this straight.
Despite,
- the free university education aided by lower entry requirements for Aboriginals
- Aboriginal only advertised job vacancies
- Aboriginal corporations becoming preferred government contractors
- state treaties in the works
- Aboriginal only safe spaces in hospitals and Aboriginal only health centres
- $30-40BILLION pa in federal funding for ATSI people
- Aboriginals holding more land than ever since 1788 and record land claims in the pipeline
- Closing the Gap initiatives for Aboriginals
- Aboriginal only plane flights for AbStudy recipients
- Aboriginals banning non-Aboriginals from more & more public areas
- Aboriginals receiving taxpayer money so they may attend funerals should they live remotely
- Aboriginals not having to pay stamp duty in some instances that everybody else has to pay
racism went up 40 percent!!!

This poster nailed it. When white Australians doing it tough get annoyed by the special treatment given to Aboriginals it is 'racism'.... Roll Eyes
