No, dear. Hillary was asked a hypothetical about what she'd do as prez if Iran ever invaded Israel.

Baron brought it up because his Dear Leader has, six months in, gone and attacked Iran. Iran didn't invade Israel. Iran didn't present any perceivable threat to anybody. This is the first time in its history that the US has ever publicly launched an attack on this scale without prior attacks to its military or civilians, approval from the UN Security Council or a declaration of war with Congressional approval.

Presidents have famously ordered covert attacks. Nixon dropped more TNT on Cambodia than the US dropped on Germany in WWII, but it was hardly a popular action, now was it? To this day, it's held up as a war crime.

Nixon came to office with a pledge to end the Vietnam war. Trump came to office with a pledge to not only start no new endless wars, but to end all foreign wars as well. It was a core election promise, along with the promise to fight inflation, fix the economy, pay off the debt and not make any cuts to Medicaid or social security.

You know how he's going with the latter promises. The US is currently predicted to go into recession later in the year. GDP is down. Unemployment is up. His tax bill will add $2 trillion to the debt, cut Medicaid and social security, and give tax cuts to billionaires who don't need them.

No president has broken so many promises six months in. Our own dollar is down massively in response to his tariffs. The Iran bombings will effect everybody. China is now perfectly justified to invade Taiwan and take the Pacific. America has no longer has a right to lecture anybody.

Trump is no longer just a clown act, he's fucking global trade, currencies, the oil supply, shipping routes, security and the entire global rules-based order we all rely upon.

So no, JC, they're not all as bad as each other. Baron might have started this thread to pretend otherwise, but it took one post to bring his entire case down.
