They can pull the ball out if the are standing on an inside position.

I no longer understand it - I don't think many people do.

It was a complicated game for sure. I bet the ref was glad it was over.

yes - not a good job.

Union is starting to look more and more like League -
just gorillas bashing into each other to make a few yards of territory.

Instead of passing the ball to a back line that is far enough away
to gather considerable running speed -
they pass it to a back line that is only 2 metres away
and causes another heads on crash with the opposing team.
Where are all the super fast scissors plays that were
so much fun to watch in the 70s and 80s?
My guess that the guys are so big that they avoid any fast running
as they know they'll get injured.

Well I'm not happy with the obviously rigged draw for the 2027 World Cup.
As always. There's a top tier team in every group. Followed by a 2nd tier team with two minnow nations in every group to just fill in the gap.

This guarantees a Top tier nation in the final, maybe a 2nd tier and definitely NOT a minnow nation.

It's all rigged anyway -
the Aussies and Kiwis have their teams filled with huge Cook Islanders and Samoans.

The Aussies and Kiwis buy up the best ones and
they are the size of gorillas with thighs the size of your chest.    Smiley

But the Aussie ones are shyte. The Wallabies are a hopeless pack of mercenaries being over paid.

The Aussies need to hire players with brains instead of brawn.
I want to see clever play not just oversized gorillas
running into each other to make 5 yards - then repeat -
it's not League it's Rugby - the true man's game -
brains and skill in order to win.
