Speaking of Joe Cocker… …. When hubby was 17 he went to his first concert with friends to Melbourne Festival Hall to see Joe Cocker.
He’s still got the admission ticket somewhere in his keepsakes.
One day I will find and put pic up.

My first concert at 17 I went to the Rosebud outdoor pop festival and saw Billy Thorpe and the Aztecs.

Dear Sophia,
as long as you got a little help from your friends?

Grin we wish!
It’s more like we are the friends that help … and not a little …
My daughter’s friend and her family are about to shift from near your suburban area to acreage in Emerald. She said she wants to invite us over to see the property. I said we will bring a gift of dry split wood for their fireplace. And 20 litre buckets we saved from being thrown out from kitchen where hubby works. Buckets good for summer days filled with water in case of flying ember attack. Also good for putting wood in them to cart in winter.

A few days of 'cold' weather here last week. Disappeared with some cloudy conditions. Have not had the need to use any heaters. Bugger lighting fires. They are doing burn offs on the mountains today, though.
