Victoria has now made it mandatory that Prisoners with a record of violence in the Gaols are to be handcuffed at all times outside of their cells. Will we see Lefties cry human rights of the Prisoners OVER that of the Staff? Will they cry genocide and FREE PRISONERS??

I haven't heard that one. Disgraceful.

In Britain this week. Parliament has accepted that for decades, police were forced to omit Ethnicity & Religion of accused Rapists and convicted Rapists for fear of being held to account as RACISTS.
Of the statistics dug up, that was recorded down, 79% were Pakis, Indians and Moslems.

I gather, if they are Adults (20+), they get the spit sack over the head. I guess it's only an issue with the Mothras, if an Adult (big evil bully) MALE puts one on a Youth (-20). They are a good idea, as a lot of crims have Hepatitis, maybe even HIV.
