There's nothing to answer - you're wrong, that's all.

The Dems weren't in possession of all the files for four years.

OK Greg, dems never had the Epstein files, feel better.

Why won't Trump release the full, unredacted Epstein files like he promised?

Pretty much all of it is heavily redacted or already public info. He’s holding out on us.

The White House also sent a jet to drown out the Epstein survivors during their press conference.

So the Biden administration held out for four years not releasing the Epstein files, no leftie seems to be able to explain why the dems did not release the Epstein files.

I wonder why the Biden did this, why did they keep the Epstein files secret for four years?.

Hi Leroy.
I wouldn't feed the trolls mate.

If the Biden administration had any evidence Trump was a pedo. As constantly asserted by the numpties on here. They eould have used it.

Good grief thry came after him for accounting errors. They went thru his history with a fine tooth comb and found out he had sex with an escort. A consensual act with a fully grown woman.  Shock . Horror.

The American people said

What's he supposed to do?
Put up a profile on tinder?

They got nothing and if they did they would have released it.

You would need to be an incel conspiracy theorist to believe otherwise.

Oh wait  Grin

It's a funny line to take.  If Biden had evidence, he would have used it, yet it's all a hoax and made up by the Dems.

A more plausible explanation in my opinion is that for most of Biden's presidency, the files weren't even his to release, they were under a court order. Unlike Trump, Biden didn't try to trample over the law to score a cheap political stunt.

By the time that barrier was lifted, Trump had already gone on the record during his campaign saying he'd release the files. So ask yourself, what would've happened if Biden pre-empted him? You know the answer: Trump's cult would've screamed "Democrat hoax", "Russia Russia Russia", and gone straight into denial mode.

We know that's true because that's exactly what Trump is trying to get them to do now, only they're not falling for it because they see if HIM covering it up now.

If the goal is justice for the victims, the smarter play is obvious, let Trump keep his word so his own side can't just hand-wave it away. At least then the contents might actually cut through their wall of delusion.

But of course, Trump being Trump, he reneged. The moment it became clear how deeply his name ran through those files, the cover-up machine lurched into gear, sloppy, desperate, and propped up with mob-style intimidation of Republicans who might dare to vote for release.

His actions are screaming "I'm guilty!"

And now, predictably, as he's flailing, distracting, and deflecting, his faithful respond with their one-note chorus: "But Biden."

It's pathetic.

So your take is  Judge Richard Berman covered it all up.

Quote:
A US federal judge who presided over the sex-trafficking case against late financier Jeffrey Epstein, has rejected the Trump administration's request to unseal grand jury transcripts related to the decades-long sexual abuse suffered by girls and young women who fell into his orbit.

Grand Jury testimony is not the Epstein files the DOJ already hold, and it's dishonest to pretend otherwise.

The reasoning is spelled out clearly in the judge's ruling. Berman is the 3rd judge to make the same ruling, and he rejected the request on solid legal and ethical grounds.

Grand jury proceedings are meant to remain sealed unless extraordinary circumstances exist. The transcripts themselves are wafer thin, hearsay, snippets, a slideshow and call log, and nothing compared to the mountain of evidence the DOJ already sits on. That trove is what matters.

So why doesn't Trump simply order the release of what the DOJ actually has? Why the pantomime with a sideshow request that was always doomed to fail? It looks like nothing more than a diversion, theatre for the base rather than substance.

And I've got to ask, why are some on here bending over backwards to misrepresent this? To muddy the waters in defence of those who fear being exposed? Because let's be blunt, the only ones served by this disinformation are the predators who abused children, and those who seek to shield them.

Why line up behind them..?

OK so now you are saying that the DOJ had the files when Biden was POTUS but a court order prevented him from releasing them.

So the DOJ had a court order that prevented Biden from releasing the files the DOJ had but the same court order does not prevent Trump from releasing them.

Can you explain how that works.

It's straightforward: a judge sealed the files because of an ongoing case.

The sealing of documents in the 2019 federal case against Jeffrey Epstein was overseen by US District Judge Richard Berman of the Southern District of New York. Judge Berman presided over the criminal proceedings against Epstein, including his indictment on sex trafficking charges.

These proceedings were conducted under strict confidentiality, with grand jury materials and other sensitive documents sealed to protect the integrity of the investigation and the rights of victims.

There were ongoing appeals during Biden's presidency that prevented the release of the files.

The appeals are all done and Trump has had the authority to release them a month into his presidency, when Pam Bondi said she had them on her desk for review before releasing in late Feb this year.

It was after this that the cover-up began.

This is all well known.

Stop ignoring reality so you can, for some reason, defend paedophiles.

Can you provide a link to the ongoing appeals that prevented Biden from releasing the files, I think you have made that up.
